Customer information - New Account Manager

OnlyWebHosting is pleased to announce the launch of our new Account Manager, a powerful easy-to-use web based system to manage your hosting account. Your new Account Manager can be found by clicking on the 'CLIENT LOGIN' button on the top right hand corner of www.OnlyWebHosting.co.uk or by going to (http://www.onlywebhosting.co.uk/account/). You will need to log in using the username and password you were given when you signed up. Full login instructions can be found at the bottom of the email including your login name. Our new Account Manager provides you with the following excellent tools:
Update Account Details: You can now keep your name, address, and email address up to date. Updating your account details allows us to keep you informed of service announcements such as new features, or scheduled downtime.
Credit Card Details: When your personal credit card details change, you can now update your hosting account billing details through your Account Manger. Keeping your Credit Card details up to date prevents the loss of your domain name and keeps your hosting account live. Updating your card will take you to our partnered merchant supplier, WorldPay. For your security OnlyWebHosting do not store or have access to your credit card details.
Control Panel: You can now access your control panel from the Account Manager, just click on the link “Control Panel” which can be found either on the top navigation menu or on the menu at the left of the page.

Login instructions
1) Go to www.onlywebhosting.co.uk/account
2) Enter in your Username
3) Enter in the password you used when you signed up.*
4) Click the Login button
* If you have forgotten your password then click “forgot password” and enter in your email address and click continue. Your login details will automatically be sent to you.
If you have any problems with logging in then please send an email to support@onlywebhosting.co.uk. Please note that sending support questions to this email address will delay their responses.
