At Netpivotal we use the award-winning Plesk control panel, on both our Linux and Windows servers. If you have a question that isn't addressed below please raise a support ticket from your Account Manager.

To avoid getting an error message saying you are already logged in to Plesk, please remember to click on log out before you close the control panel window.
If you forget to do this and you are logged out your session should time out in fifteen minutes. If you need urgent access, please raise a support ticket from your account manager and our technical team will clear the session for you. |
