Do you allow IRC to be used on your dedicated servers?
At this point in time we don't allow IRC usage on our dedicated server range.
The server I need isn't listed. Can I have a different specification?
If you need a server configuration that you can't see listed, please use our Contact Form to let us know what you're looking for. We'll be happy to provide a custom quote for you.
How long does it take to set up a dedicated server?
Normally a dedicated server is setup in 1-3 working days. If you have specified a custom specification there may be a longer lead time - you will be notified of this when you request a quote.
Does NetPivotal offer VPS servers?
Currently Netpivotal doesn't offer VPS servers, instead offering a range of dedicated servers and shared hosting plans.
