| How much web space is included on your hosting packages? |
| |
Our hosting plans feature a minimum of 2000mb disk space. If you need more space than this you can choose our Business or Developer plans.
Full details of our hosting plans can be found by clicking on the links at the top of this page.
From time to time we do run special offers with extra bandwidth or diskspace, keep checking back or email our Sales Team for more details. |

| Do you allow running of CRON Jobs? |

| Yes, you can configure CRON Jobs from your account Control Panel. |

| What Audio formats can I stream? |
| |
| We use http streaming on our servers; you can stream any files that support this for example Real Audio and Apple's QuickTime. |

| Which Control Panel do you use on your hosting plans? |
| |
At Netpivotal we use the Plesk control panel for our hosting accounts, the hosting industry's leading control panel.
This is the control area for your hosting account where you can administer your email accounts, subdomains and directories and check your usage statistics with the simple yet powerful interface.

| How can I check how much diskspace and bandwidth I've used? |

| Full statistics on your usage can be found by clicking on the "Report" icon at the top of your Control Panel. Updated daily, this shows a selection of statistics - you can also find out your most popular pages and where your visitors are coming from. |

| Do you offer PHP on your Windows packages? |
| |
| If you need to have a Windows based package but you need to use PHP this is still possible. Please raise a Support Ticket from your Account manager and this will be activated for you. |

| What happens if I use more diskspace or bandwidth than I'm allowed? |
| |
We contact you immediately if you go over your allocated disk space or bandwidth for the month, and work with you to solve the problem. We do reserve the right to charge for overage, and we always publish the charges on our pricelist. This can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
If you find you need more diskspace or bandwidth on a regular basis you can upgrade your plan at any time. |

| How many FTP accounts do I get with your hosting? |
| |
You get one FTP account for your hosting plan, but we do allow multiple connections at the same time if you have multiple people who need to work on your site.
You can also set different FTP details for subdomains. |

| Which version of ASP.net do you support? |
| |
| Netpivotal's Windows servers are currently running version 1.1 and 2.0 of ASP.net. |

| Do you have a reseller plan? |
| |
| Netpivotal doesn't currently offer a reseller plan but we are looking into the possibility of launching a reseller plan in the future. Our Developer Plans let you host up to 8 domains with independently separate websites. |
