Hosting Fees, Refunds and Cancellation

The minimum contract of service is three months. All services are on a quarterly (3 months) or annual (12 months) prepayment basis only. Full payment of the setup fee and domain registration fee (if applicable) is required before any hosting service is rendered. There is no setup fee for annual hosting accounts, but quarterly accounts incur a small setup fee. The setup fee is non-refundable. Please see our price list for full details of our charges.
We’ll automatically renew your account based on your previous payment option unless you contact us 30 days prior to the renewal date of your service.
Netpivotal reserves the right to cancel a customer’s account at any time. Should this happen, the customer will be entitled to a pro-rata refund based on how long their account has left to run. If the cancellation is due to you contravening our acceptable use policy then you won’t be entitled to a refund.
The quarterly or annual prepayment is non-refundable and cannot be refunded on a pro-rata basis unless you cancel your account within the 30 day money back guarantee period.

30 Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you cancel your hosting account within the first 30 (thirty) days of signup Netpivotal will refund you 100% of the hosting fees. Please note that setup fees and payment for domain names and associated services are not refundable. This money back guarantee is applicable to all Linux and Windows Starter, Standard and Super hosting accounts, and Starter, Business and Professional E-Commerce hosting accounts. This does not apply to dedicated servers.

Payment Methods

Payments for Netpivotal hosting accounts are processed through WorldPay, who accept all major credit and debit cards. NetPivotal accepts credit/debit card payments only. All online credit card payments are authorised and processed in real time. Your credit card will be billed on the first day of the billing cycle. If payment is not received on time we reserve the right to cancel your account.
All transactions are carried out on WorldPay’s secure servers using maximum strength 128bit SSL protection. Netpivotal does not record or retain any credit card details as an additional security precaution.

Pricing Changes
|
NetPivotal reserves the right to change prices for hosting services at any time. All pricing is guaranteed for the period of your prepayment, and changes will not affect you until your renewal is due.
