I recently purchased an account with Netpivotal (UK) after being impressed by the service through one of my clients. In early 2006 my client asked me to recommend a web-hosting provider that offered a feature rich, value-for-money service with 24/7 technical support.

I drew up a client specification, and a short-list of hosting providers based on feedback from uk.tophosts.com; there were some well-known UK providers in that list but Netpivotal were the only provider to tick every box.

I’ve been using one of the so-called well known UK providers for several years now, and I grew disillusioned with the service. So when I decided to change providers I didn’t have to look very far and joined Netpivotal five days ago.

Netpivotal are the fifth hosting service that I have used since 1997 and the support that I have obtained over the last five days, including Christmas Day, has been the best I have ever received. Well done, and thank you very much..
